Moar sidings needed !

Well, my quest for passenger cars has caused an issue: I am running out of sidings for them.  As expanding into the art room was not viewed in a positive light by the current occupant (and she approves my building permits) I chose the path of least resistance and built more surface to install 2 long sidings of 7 and 10+ feet.

Added a width of wood support to layout the sidings on

Hills are made from blue foam board (glued then shaped) and plaster cloth. A selection of natural ground color paints and Woodland scenics groundcover were applied.

So as time passes, you forget where it developed from.  Here is a picture of the original track for the area taken 27months ago, without the lakes carved out and hills just starting to develop.

The lower level mainline for the 8-Paws RailLine is now 150ft long with a second ~80ft secondary line inside the main.   The upper level mainline is 130ft (not part of the Dec.2013 picture above) and there is a smaller 50 ft loop on the upper.  I really should draw a map of this sometime.
