Tire Company is moved to the new industrial park

I was at a OVAR flea market and purchased an older Building that I am told by Jim was designed by E.L.Moore.   After kit bashing this 2 story with the C.F. Rowe Hardware building it fit much better in the freight yard so the Sicken Tire Company was relocated 35feet away to the developing dock and industrial park:
